Hey there. I just saw the post you made in the ModCloth group of your new dress. As you probably know, ModCloth is a body-positive company that supports larger women. While it's obviously not your fault that you are skinny due to your genetic composition and all that. I would implore you to reconsider posting full-body pictures of yourself, especially in the ModCloth group. That might seem excessive but hear me out. What you have posted is basically thinspo, or "thinspiration". I can see your thigh gap and collarbones etc. Curvy women like myself and others who love ModCloth's fashion come to expect that we will see bodies like ours represented in the clothes here. We want to feel safe and protected, at least in some space, from the violence of skinny bodies and the harm that thinness can perpetrate on us. It can be deeply damaging to someone's self esteem to see pictures like the one you posted. Obviously you didn't intend to hurt anyone's feelings here, but I'm just stating what the other fat women of the group may be too shy to say.
I hope that you don't have any kind of eating disorder or anything like that and I am giving you the benefit of the doubt to believe that you wouldn't post intentional thinspiration on the internet, but for all I know you could be proana. If I have these thoughts just looking at your dress selfie, you can see how this is a problem.
